Annotated lets you clip and annotate publicly available media (up to 90 seconds; video at 240p) with source attribution always shown. By using Annotated you agree to use the service lawfully and respect the rights of content owners.

Clips are provided for commentary, criticism, and fair-use style discussion. Rights holders may file a claim on any public annotation page. We may remove or restrict content after review.

Accounts are created via Google or X sign-in only. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
